School support staff – latest on the 2008 pay deal
Negotiations between the Local Government Employers (LGE) and the trade unions on this years’ pay claim have reached an impasse. The employers have made what they have described as their “final” offer: 2.45%, with £100 extra for the lowest 3 pay grades. This has been rejected by the recognised unions.
